A Tribute to Cavafy, Photos by Duane Michals, Signed Limited Edition

This is a signed limited edition of "A Tribute to Cavafy: A Selection of Poems” published by the Limited Edition Club in 2003 with a limitation of 300 copies this being number 76. The book features the original Greek text with interlineal English text from the translation by Edmund Keeley and Philip Sherrard accompanied by five stunning photogravures by Duane Michals expertly printed by Jon Goodman in a process called heliograph or intaglio photoetching.

Measuring approximately 18.5” by 14”, the book is bound in full purple linen with a black leather label on the front cover with embossed lettering and is housed in a purple linen slipcase. The book is printed on brilliant Arches Vellum. The Limited Edition Club monthly newsletter is laid into the book.

The book and slipcase are in FINE condition. The book has been signed by Duane Michals on the limitation page.
