Extended Payment Program

As part of our continuing effort to make it easier for our customers to do business with us, we have implemented an extended payment program that is structured to the individual needs of our customers. The minimum order amount is $300. For orders under $750, the payment term is usually 6 months and for orders over $750 it is 12 months. Generally, a 20% deposit is required with the remaining payments spread out in equal monthly installments over the term of the program. There are two ways to get started:

1. Call one of our representatives at (800) 627-3890 and tell them which item or items you would like to purchase. They will work with you to come up with a payment plan and arrange to charge your credit card for the deposit and work through the day of the month that you would prefer to have your card charged each month for the remaining payments.

2. You can fill out the contact us form below and provide us with the details about what you want to purchase and we will work through the details with you either by phone or by email correspondence.

There are two rules that we have set up to make this work for both of us. In the unlikely event that you decide to cancel the order before completion of the program, all payments previously made will be immediately refunded to the credit card used to fund the purchase less the amount of your down payment. The item or items will be shipped under our free shipping policy after final payment is made. We are very flexible in working with our customers to help them get what they want.
